The Challenge:
The company faced inefficiencies caused by disconnected workflows, manual task tracking, and limited visibility across teams. Repetitive work slowed progress, and collaboration across departments was often fragmented. Anticipating rapid growth and an influx of new programs, I set to researching, testing, and implementing a company-wide project management solution to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and improve cross-functional collaboration at scale. This allowed us to keep up with a workload that quadrupled in the course of a year while improving our overall speed to market.

Proof of Concept: Researched and piloted Asana within my department before scaling the platform to commercialization and, ultimately, the entire company.
